Enrollment Information

Wholehearted Schoolhouse is a Christ-centered hybrid program designed to support both students and families through a consistent and intentional rhythm of learning.

Enrollment is limited to maintain a close-knit, relational environment. Student to teacher ratio will be at a max 10:1. Tuition is structured as a 10-month commitment with additional fees covering enrollment and classroom supplies.

Tuition & Fees

Monthly Tuition: Tuition is structured as 10 monthly payments (August-May) and is not based on attendance, holidays, or number of school days.

  • $350/ month new students

  • $325/month returning students

Fees: All enrollment fees are non-refundable.

  • Application Fee: $50 per new student

  • Enrollment Fee: $150 per family

  • Classroom Supply Fee: $75 per student

  • Curriculum is purchased separately, with an estimated annual cost of $400 per student.
