Enrollment Information

Wholehearted Schoolhouse is a Christ-centered hybrid program designed to support both students and families through a consistent and intentional rhythm of learning.

Enrollment is limited to maintain a close-knit, relational environment. Student to teacher ratio will be at a max 10:1. Tuition is structured as a 10-month commitment with additional fees covering enrollment and classroom supplies.

Tuition & Fees

Monthly Tuition: $350/month

Tuition is structured as 10 monthly payments (August-May) and is not based on attendance, holidays, or number of school days. To help sustain the ongoing operation of Wholehearted Schoolhouse and provide financial stability throughout the year, both the first and last month's tuition are due in August. The final month's tuition will be applied to May and is non-refundable should a family withdraw before the end of the school year. This policy helps ensure we can consistently meet commitments such as teacher compensation, facility expenses, and program planning throughout the school year.

School Fees:

  • Application: $50 per new student

  • Family Enrollment: $250

  • Classroom Supplies: $75 per student

Curriculum Investment:

  • Approximately $400 per student, depending on student level, curriculum pricing and program.
